Return Policy for MusePod
At MusePod, we are committed to providing high-quality office pods that meet your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy outlines your options for returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
1.Model-Specific Refunds: Only the MP Single model is eligible for refunds. All other models are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
2.Timeframe: Returns for the MP Single model must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
3.Condition: The office pod must be in its original, unused condition with all parts, accessories, and packaging included.
4.Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
•Models other than the MP Single.
•Custom-made or personalized office pods.
•Pods that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery.
•Clearance or final sale items.
Return Process

2.Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on shipping the product back to us.
3.Shipping:
•The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
•We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
1.Inspection: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned MP Single model, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
2.Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
3.Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your office pod arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery:
•Email photos and a detailed description of the damage to info@musepod.us.
•We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return (if applicable) and place a new order.
